Complete VIN History Clearing Service. We collect your vehicle's VIN, check its history across all the websites you select, and identify available vehicle records. Once our investigation is complete, our team handles the correction or removal process on the relevant platforms according to the applicable service terms.
For accepted cases, our guarantee covers the agreed service result. If that result has not been achieved, our team will repeat the covered work toward the agreed result. The guarantee applies to the agreed records, selected platforms and work covered by an accepted case, subject to applicable platform procedures. It is not a promise to erase every record from every database. Previously paid orders retain their original service terms; this guarantee applies only to new requests accepted under these terms. The remedy under this guarantee is repeating the covered work toward the agreed result; it is not an automatic refund.
To request rework, open the request in My VIN Requests and send a message describing which agreed result has not been achieved. Our team reviews it and continues the covered work toward the agreed result.
Orders paid before these terms took effect retain their original service terms. The guarantee above applies only to new cases accepted under these terms.
Payments are one-time per order using an enabled cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH or LTC. Use only the currency, network, exact amount and wallet on your current invoice before it expires. Native-coin amounts are calculated on the server at invoice creation, with the EUR price, exchange rate and expiry saved on that invoice. Do not switch currency after sending funds. Later settings and rate changes do not alter an existing invoice. A submitted TXID is only a request for manual verification, never automatic payment approval.
Where a refund is granted it is sent on-chain and recorded on your order with the transaction reference.
